Accessibility Statement

Committed to an Inclusive Digital Experience

At HSK Commerce, accessibility is a core principle. We want our website to be usable, readable and easy to navigate for every visitor, whatever their ability, device or situation.

01

Scope & Purpose

This statement applies to the official corporate website of HSK Commerce at hskcommerce.com. The site gives suppliers, partners, payment providers and other professional visitors our company information, business details and contact information.

We want this website to work for as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice-input software or display adjustments.

What is covered: all pages published under the hskcommerce.com domain. It does not cover third-party marketplace platforms, such as eBay or Amazon, where we sell products.
02

Our Standard & Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) set out how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

We are working towards full conformance with that standard, and we review our pages regularly to find and fix gaps. Because this website is updated over time, we cannot promise that every page meets every criterion at every moment, so we are open about the areas we are still improving.

Measures We Take

Structure and content

  • Semantic HTML elements are used for page structure
  • Headings follow a logical order on every page
  • Form fields have visible labels
  • Link text describes where the link goes
  • Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology

Visual design and interaction

  • Body text is set at a comfortable size with generous line spacing
  • Text colours are chosen to contrast well with their backgrounds
  • Focus outlines are visible on interactive elements
  • Animations respect the “reduce motion” setting on your device
  • Layouts adjust to different screen sizes without horizontal scrolling

We plan to check key pages periodically with common assistive technologies and automated testing tools, and to act on what those checks find.

04

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We would rather tell you than hide it.

Our Principles

Digital Responsibility at HSK Commerce

A professional business should be open and considerate towards everyone who uses its website.

Digital Responsibility

We weigh each design and technical decision by its effect on all users, including those who rely on assistive technology.

User-Centred Design

Clear navigation, readable content and reliable interaction are essentials, not optional extras.

Continuous Improvement

Standards and user needs change, and so does our work: regular reviews, listening to feedback and fixing barriers.

Honest Communication

We publish this statement because openness builds trust. We say what we have done and what we are still working on.
